Terms of Service

  • Advance online reservation required. For the last minute reservation availability please call        888-777-4002
  • No refund for cancellation in the last four hours before the pick up time and this will be consider a non qualified cancellation.
  • Cancellation to be refunded need to be done by telephone call only.
  • ATA charge 20% fees for the qualified cancellation. 
  • ATA is not responsible for being late to pick up the customer from the airport if the customer didn't specify the flight arrival time, the airline name or the flight number and at the same time ATA have the right to cancel the ride without refund if the customer didn't call or show up on time.
  • Customer must provide their US cell phone number in the reservation form and make sure its fully charged when they arrive at the airport. International customers are responsible for calling ATA when they land at the airport, ATA dispatchers' and drivers can't call international numbers.
  • Customer need to call ATA when arrives at the airport and expect their driver to call sometime after landing.
  • Qualified refund will be honored within two to three weeks
  • Car seat for children is the customer responsibility and driver can charge between $15 and $25 per car seat if s/he provide child seat.
  • ATA and drivers are not responsible for your lost items inside the taxicab
  • Customer need to help drivers in case of heavy luggage
  • drivers are responsible to provide friendly, safe and courteous service. Call or email ATA to give your feed back about the service quality
  • ATA taxicabs can not provide handicap services
  • ATA drivers are independent contractors and they are responsible to abide by the taxi regulations of the counties and cities they operate within.
  • Waiting per hour is $50
  • If the airline change arrival time twice within an hour the driver can not wait more than an hour and ATA can not refund money to the customer. The customer is responsible to call ATA always in the case of flight delay.
